COUNT DOWN

So the count down is on. We are finally in October and today was my last day at work!! :-) I went to the doctor on Wednesday, and she told me that I will probably not make it until the due date (Oct. 19)!! Since then, Joe and I have been getting things ready for Max's arrival. Joe is bouncing off the walls and is so cute to watch. He stayed up until 1 am the other night working in the nursery. This morning he called me at work to tell me that he was folding Max's clothes that we washed yesterday. We will keep you updated. Be listening for a phone call, cause it could happen at any time!

Hi Everyone!!!

Max is now almost 37 weeks old, which means that technically he will be full term in only a week. But since I will still be teaching, I hope he waits just a little longer. However, today he had great pleasure in taking karate lessons and hitting mom in the same spot over and over again!

Joey and I had our first baby shower. Big thanks to Amy, Jay, Melody and Nathan! We had such a good time. It was really great to celebrate the coming birth of Max with friends. Since we don't have a lot of family close by, this shower really meant a lot to us. Thanks to all of you for coming! Love you!
